Laser Checks

If you want to save money on laser checks, buy them online.  Ebay has a great selection of laser checks that will work with Quickbooks as well as many other accounting programs.

We recommend the laser checks with the carbon copy that is usually called duplicate checks.  Reciepts and bills can then have a copy of the check attached to it and filed away just in case the IRS starts snooping around one day.

Quickbooks also supports printing the address of your business on your laser checks, so it's a good idea to order blank checks if you are a company that tends to move offices frequently.
