What about Rolex outdoor Clocks? Where can I find them?
I am dismayed that a Rolex watch should rquire a new stem and crown at a cost of $100. I have never had the stem strip on an inexpensive watch, under $20, after many years. Is there any recourse?

Could someone from the rolex factory please contact me.Ibought a submariner about two months ago from a dealer in palm springs called Madison & Co on palm canyon dr,Well now im having the same problem as Lowell Fallick .My stem is stripped and the crown is bent.Madison & Co is now on vacation for the summer and they are not returning my phone calls!! you can imagine my frustration after spending 6,500.00 on a watch that I cant even wear!! Steven Paxton I am sure it is safe to buy there, you can find genuine products in South Africa. Rolex is gig in SA and people have the money for it!

I am in possession of a small spoon containing the following stamps: handle - Rolex, crown, what seems to be a tree in a crest & Bucherer; bowl - raised lion in a sleeping position with an axe & a spade below & a cross in a circle beside the head. On the reverse of the handle it reads: Bucherer of Switzerland. Could you please advise of the significance of this spoon? Thank you.
